Pics of My Simself and Her Fictional Husband / Short Hiatus

This will be my last update for awhile, as I'm leaving for a road trip to California on Saturday! I'm very excited, but I'm sorry to have to leave you guys. I'll be gone for a week or two, and I'm sorry but there will be a great delay on the next chapter of Fruit Parfait. I was hoping to get it out this week, but as it turned out I had appointments one after the other that my mom forgot to mention to me. Sorry about that, everyone. Anywho, please enjoy this little photoshoot with my simself and my fictional perfect husband. :P

I think they make a good couple. :3 Heehee...

I named my simself Sarah Morria, since my parents came very close to naming me Sarah but then eventually decided to name me Erin since it's less common. I didn't use my real name, since I would get all superstitious if a meteor hit my simself or something. :P Morria is my go-to last name for simselves, and I've used it on the other two I created. Sadly, though, I don't have pics of either of them for comparison. This one is most definitely the closest to what I look like in real life, though, and I promised myself to not glorify my face since I wanted it to look realistic. Then I decided to go mega-realistic and recreate clothes in my wardrobe for my simself... Haha. Anyways, her traits are Virtuoso, Artistic, Hopeless Romantic, Ambitious, and Perfectionist, her LTW is Professional Author, her favorites are Pop, Stir-Fry, and Purple (although I really wish they would make a general Rock category for music, since I listen to much more of that kind of music), and she's a Gemini.

Every night, I dream about this fictional guy with wavy blond hair and blue-green eyes. He pops up in every single dream. (Last night I had a dream that I was on a plane that crash-landed in Antarctica. Guess who was on the plane with me?) So, I decided to create him as a sim, since apparently he's the guy of my dreams. I named him Justin, since I love Justin James Hughes (a Youtuber). Ha, you thought I was going to say Justin Bieber, weren't you? :P No. Just...no. Then I decided to give him the last name of Hemsworth and make him an imaginary brother of Liam and Chris Hemsworth (even though he looks nothing like either of his "brothers", and I never tried to make him look like them). The story is he ran away to Hidden Springs, where no one knew who he was, since he didn't want to go into acting like his siblings. His traits are Brave, Good Sense of Humor, Adventurous, Disciplined, and Charismatic, his LTW is Martial Arts Master, his favorites are Pop, Key Lime Pie, and Red, and he's an Aquarius.

So I will undoubtedly be posting updates on these two simmies, from their days of being "roommates" to their definite marriage and children. Those will come much later, though, because I need to put out a new chapter of Fruit Parfait after I get back from vacation, and Fabio needs to get a move on with his baby-making. Carissa Beauregarde - Photoshoot & Download!

So I just recently downloaded traelia's toddler pose pack and I've been meaning to try it out, and I decided that I would create a toddler for my next creation! I created her as a YA and then aged her down, but her nose exploded so I had to narrow it. Now it looks a bit different than the noses I normally create, but I kind of like it all slim like this. There's a photo of Carissa aged up at the end, if you want to see what I mean about the narrow nose. Okay, so I guess it's not that narrow, but it's narrower.

I created her with Violet Beauregarde from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in mind. I always create sims with the backstory of coming from a poor family, so I wanted to create a girl from a really rich family this time around. Carissa's story is she is the child of two very famous adults with nothing to her own name but being labeled as their daughter. She has the artistic trait, so if I (or you) ever decide to play her, then perhaps she can become a renowned artist and set herself apart from her parents.

Aaaannnddd I just realized I forgot to take pictures of her in her formalwear and sleepwear. I've already deleted the save I was using to take pictures so I'm not going to bother with those outfits... Her cuteness is what really matters, right? :)

Chapter 1.3 of Fruit Parfait is going to be a bit late. Getting it out on Sunday was completely unrealistic, since when I made that estimate I didn't take into account the fact that I was moving on Thursday (no Sims :( ) and I was cleaning the old house on Friday (again, no Sims :( ). That stuff took up the two days that I was planning on taking pics and stuff... Now I'm (mostly) settled in so I can do more simming! But now I must sleep, because it's after midnight here. (Why do I always write these things so late at night?) Haha. See you soon!

*It is very hard to tell where the eyes came from, and I'm not entirely sure if these are correct. If they are not, I apologize, but these are very close if not right.

I'm not sure if I'm going to go back and do content lists for the rest of my past sims, since this list took me three full days to hunt down ever little package file I used. I'll definitely be including them for future sims, though, and now that I've seen what a hassle this is I don't think I'll be using many package files in the future... Maybe hair and skin, but makeup and clothes and accessories and all that are pretty easily avoidable.

I did promise some new sims, and those will be up in a few days. I'm going to try making some toddlers this time so I can try out traelia's toddler pose pack! :D I'm estimating that the next chapter of Fruit Parfait will be out on Sunday, although I haven't started on it yet and I haven't decided on how long I want it to be. Sexy Hot Fabio Cocoapuff (Ladies, Come and Get Him!)

So I started a Prettacy. Not for storytelling purposes, just for my own little personal gaming. I might post updates from time to time (I think we're all curious to see what pops out of his future wife's belly), but no stories. Fruit Parfait is the main focus!

Anyways, I just had to give this guy the admiration he deserves. I mean, come on, he's a work of art! He just steals your breath away...

That sexy unibrow just completes the look. I tried to give him a mustache, but it disappeared under his duck beak of a nose, so I settled with...whatever that thing on his chin is. I felt kinda bad so I gave him pretty contacts. If you're going to look horrible, at least make a fashion statement with sparkly eyes! xD

I almost put him in the bunny suit, but then I decided that the Father Christmas gown was much more enhancing of his figure. (Ha, just kidding, I think he looks worse in this outfit!)

Oh yeah, and I gave him girl shoes.

I'm not uploading him (because honestly, who would want to download him?), but I just had to do a photoshoot. I didn't give him a bio because I kinda just wanted to goof around and make a really ugly sim. Plus it's 3 am, so I didn't want to have to put thought into this guy.

Yes, I am almost done with Chapter 1.1 of FP. I have all the pictures done, and now I just need to do the writing; it's kinda long, by the way, with 57 pictures plus the title photo. And this is just for the first day. O_O So I'm thinking my sims will have very short lifespans, because if I do a chapter per day then I'll have 20 just for Generation 1. lol.

I really should get some sleep... Nah, it feels like a good time for a Lost marathon!

The Fruitacy Rules Are Up! / Veronica Rowe and Hikaru Miyata - Photoshoot & Download!

Well, that was done much sooner than I thought. The Fruitacy Challenge rules are now up, so head over to the new page and check them out! Since that's out of the way, I'm hoping to get the first chapter of my Fruitacy up sometime in the next week. Also, I've decided to go with Fruit Parfait as the title. It was a close call between Fruit Parfait, Fruit Salad, and Fruit Cake, but I finally settled on Fruit Parfait because I feel that the name is more expressive. Parfait also means "perfect" in French, so maybe having that in the name will be a good luck charm and this Fruitacy will go far!

I finally finished the photoshoot with my newest couple! Their names are Veronica Rowe (my first attempt at a hipster - how did I do? lol) and Hikaru Miyata (my first attempt at an Asian sim, who I think I did pretty well on). Here they are!

I hope everyone's summer is going great so far! Mine definitely is... Lots of Sims, swimming, hanging out, and mostly importantly - ICE CREAM!!!! (I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream... :P ) Ahhh, good times...

This is my last summer before high school hits me. Right now I'm enjoying the freedom, but I know I'm going to start freaking out when fall approaches. I'm doing IB next year - and for those of you who don't know, it's the highest and hardest program offered. I have a friend with a brother in high school, and although he's incredibly smart he opted out of IB and then his mega-nerdy buddies started failing. One of my friends who's a year older than me said that she got several hours of homework the first week of school... o_o Maybe I'm just scaring myself over nothing. I'll probably do just fine. Take the bull by the horns, eh?

Well, I'm going to go visit my Kindle because it's been sitting on my bedside table for far too long. Insurgent and The Maze Runner Trilogy, here I come...

So About that Legacy... / Sunny and Drew - Couple Photoshoot and Download! / Breezy Bungalow - Pics and Download!

Well, the idea for the legacy died. Not that there ever really was an "idea", just a smidgit of one. The idea went as follows:

Sunny is a girl who has never said a word in her life. She's shy and feels invisible, and she left home the day she turned 18 so she could fade into the background of the world. Then, Drew comes along and he sees her as a beautiful girl with a voice louder than anyone else's, and it's love at first sight.

What happens after that, you ask? I don't know. That is the problem; that is why the idea died. Somehow I would have to get from Point A (Sunny and Drew meet) to Point B (Sunny finally speaks and tells Drew she loves him) without a roadmap, which all my fellow writers out there know never works.

There will be a story eventually, I can promise you that. I'll have to wait for some inspiration - maybe I'll take longer showers, since all my idea come to me in the bathroom. (I don't know why!) For now, I'll just keep doing what I do best and make some sims! Sunny and Drew are now available for download, as well as the meh-ish house I created for Sunny. Photo time!

Ohhh, they're just so cute together... I played them for a couple days and did a quickie romance plot just because they're such an adorable couple. ;) Their song for the Musicacy half was "Let Love In" by The Goo Goo Dolls, if anyone's curious, and the emotion was shyness (in case you hadn't figured that out already).

I'm pretty happy with the way the house turned out. I'm not a pro builder or anything, so for me this is pretty good! :P Plus, it's just a starter, so I didn't want to be anything too fancy about it. I do wish I'd made it more colorful, though. Maybe it's so grey because I've been brought up in very colorless houses... For my next building project, I'll step out of my comfort zone and try to make everything super colorful! :D

Enough about Sims! I want to say a few things about the recent happenings in my life... There's been a lot of excitement recently. First of all, my birthday's coming up this Saturday, and I'm looking forward to going to see the Avengers with a few close friends! Secondly, SUMMER! I have only 3 more days of school left until freedom! Five more exams, three end-of-the-year parties, and then summer bliss. :) And the last thing that has been lingering in the back of my mind every second of every day... Last Friday, we had our formal, and wow was that night ever amazing! /beginloverant For ten months, I've had a crush on my best guy friend, and on Friday he surprised me by asking me to slow dance! The best part? My favorite song, Drops of Jupiter, was what we danced to. <3 The romantic details of that moment are to be kept between me and my crush, so I'll leave it at it was amazing and life changing. The rest of the night was a jumble of sugar highs, photo booth madness, conga lines, and running around pointlessly. Ahhh, good times... :) That night made my life.

So if I start creating a lot of couples... You know why. ;)

Emma MacNary - Photoshoot & Download

I've created a new sim for you guys, and her name is Emma MacNary! Emma's a very preppy girl, and I intentionally made her very girly because I wanted her to be the kind of girl who no one expects to be smart, yet turns out to be a total nerd. (Kind of like me, heheh!) Her everyday outfit and formalwear were inspired by the Hollister patterns that they use over and over. I don't have any Hollister-esque dresses in my game so I couldn't achieve the full Hollister effect, but I think I came pretty close, especially with the formal dress. :)
